Proud to be a Which? Trusted trader

Why use Which? Trusted Trader

Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme run by Which?. Which? has been rigorously testing products and services for more than 60 years. We are now endorsed as a Which? Trusted Trader which helps you to know you are using a reputable business for the work you need completed.

How we became endorsed

They carried out an assessment of our business, this was carried out by Trading Standards professionals. They don't endorse every trader who applies. The assessment process includes:

- A review of the financial health of our business.

- A thorough examination of business and administrative procedures to ensure that businesses have consumer interests in mind.

- An assessment carried out by a Which? Trading Standards professional to fully understand all aspects of how the business operates.

After the above is complete, our business received a report of the assessment. This provides valuable feedback so we could become compliant with the requirements of the scheme before we were allowed to join.

FAQ

  • Parking Facilities?

Parking for our installation team is the clients responsibility. Please can you provide parking permit as this is a far

cheaper exercise than using bays. This also helps speed the team up to be in and out of your way as quickly as

    possible.

  • How much dust is made?

We use impact dust sheets for protection in general and fully hoover up after ourselves. You will find a very small amount of fine dust settle in the next couple of days following installation (builder dust which we can't take out of the air), which we do not allow for cleaning.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occured in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.

  • When is the best time to do roofing repairs?

Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occured in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.
